CLASS INFO
This course is a combination of academic and on-road lessons. The cost of the classroom portion is $350, and the on-road driving instruction portion is $450, for a total cost of $800. The classroom portion needs to be paid for by the Friday before the class session begins. Classroom sessions are held each month beginning on the first Monday of each month (unless stated otherwise). Payments can be made via check or Venmo.

Classes are Monday through Friday from 5:00pm - 8:00pm for 2 weeks. All classes must be attended from start to finish. Attendance will be taken at the beginning and end of each class. There are 10 classes, with a total of 30 hours. If a class is missed, for example: The 4th class is missed, it must be made up the following session on the 4th class of that session. The parent class is held on the Saturday after the first week of class from 9:00am to 11:00am. If you have not taken a parent class in the last 5 years, it is mandatory to be taken before on-road driving lessons can begin.
Students must fulfill a minimum of 30 hours of classroom instruction, 12 hours of behind the wheel instruction and 6 hours of behind the wheel observation. The RMV also requires that each student drive with their parents or guardian for a minimum of 40 hours, 10 of which must be at night. Drivers Ed course must be completed within two years of the start date of classroom.
We are currently searching for a new classroom location in the Gardner area. Until we can find an RMV approved location, our in-person classes will be held in our Athol classroom located at 431 Main Street. We apologize for this inconvenience for our Gardner area students.
